Why do I have to get up at 5am?!

    • admin says:

Because there can’t be anything more healthy then early morning walk and fresh air full of oxygen… Besides it has been medically proven but if you take 3-4 glasses of water empty stomach early in morning at least 2 hours before breakfast, it has miraculous effects on your body… considering the fact that most of us do our breakfast at 7, it can be only 5.

So… get up at 5 am to drink water, and then eat brekfast at 7 am… yeah I got it -.-
And unplug you’re tv? is that a point to improve you’re life?
and then you tell us to sell our TV and avoid the news, this seems like some anti corporate hippi stuff and i’m just not buying it….

Don’t get me wrong tho, there were a lot of good points in there that works as a mindblower :=)

Honestly, I don’t believe this. I have 2 rules to living a great life:
    1) Be you.
    2) See above.
And many of these rules seem to contradict my two…

  9. Marie says:

I love waking up early. It’s so nice to just be able to relax and not have to rush getting ready for work.
